The Structured Interview Matrix (SIM) is a facilitation technique used to conduct large focus groups and promote consultation with a variety of stakeholders in organizations or communities. This technique has been used for a variety of research projects and community consultations. We are often asked for instructions about how to lead one of these sessions, so we decided to create an instructional video to explain how it is done and to explain how we manage the data that is collected.
